Machine tool foundation and relationship between installation and floor plan


1. Positional relationship between machine tool foundation and building foundation

If the foundation of the machine tool is lower than the foundation of the building, generally do not let the machine foundation press the foundation of the building to avoid or reduce the sinking or oscillating phenomenon of the building foundation, which will affect the stability of the machine tool. However, small items such as the fuel tank of the machine tool can be pressed against the building. If the foundation of the machine is deeper than the foundation of the building, the distance between the foundation of the machine and the foundation is required to ensure that the soil under the foundation of the building is not damaged. When the size of the foundation is limited, two foundations are used. When there is no separation between them, you can play sheet piles next to the building to prevent mutual interference.

2. Relationship between plane positions between two machine tool foundations

The size between the two machine bases on the plane is generally larger than the overall size of the equipment. If the basic plane size of the machine should be between 100 and 300 mm larger than each side of the base, the base of the grinder should be larger than the side of the machine. For machines up to 100 to 700 mm, for machine tools with a high center of gravity, such as vertical machines, the plane size above the basic machine cast iron plate base should be at least 200 to 500 mm wide on each side. In the basic positioning, it is necessary to consider the influence of the vibration size of the machine tool, the safe placement distance between the contours of the machine tool itself, the working channel of the machine tool installation and maintenance personnel, and other factors. Therefore, when arranging the equipment of the machine shop, it is necessary to take into account the positional relationship between the foundations, and also to consider the positional relationship between the machine tools and the two. For equipment vibration is relatively large, such as the head planer, the insertion of the bed and other equipment, the base between the two adjacent equipment needs to be more than 5 meters apart or add vibration isolation trench.

Second, the fixed method of machine tool installation

There are four main types of machine tool installation and fixing in the machine shop. (1) The cement is directly used after the machine is placed flat, and the cement mortar is fixed to the foot of the machine tool for fixing. It is generally used for machine tools with good stability and small equipment. (2) Anchor bolts are fixed. This method is widely used. It is generally used for small and medium-sized machine tools and large machine tools, but the construction process is relatively troublesome. (3) Expansion bolts are fixed. This method is mostly used for the installation of small and medium-sized machine tools when the machine is directly installed on the floor. This method is most suitable when the process equipment needs to be flexibly mobilized.

The design and layout of the machine tool foundation is a relatively complex process that requires consideration of numerous factors, geological conditions, installation environment, lighting, safety distance, and many aspects of the production process. A machine tool foundation designer needs to know the actual location of the installation. In the case, fully consider the load capacity of the machine tool and the bearing capacity of the foundation. For the machine building in high temperature environment, the heat insulation material can be used for proper cooling treatment, and the environment in which the machine tool can operate normally is guaranteed, and the interference of other factors on the machine tool foundation is excluded in the manpower range.

Through the above analysis, the exploration of the equipment foundation of the machining workshop requires more attention from the relevant personnel, and further audits are carried out for external and internal influencing factors, which improves the installation process and technology, and the vibration isolation performance and separation of the machine tool. Both the design of the vibrating trench and the fixing and selection of the base of the machine tool cast platform require further exploration to arrive at an optimal installation.
